About Us

SKA Consulting Engineers, Inc. is a national, award winning, multidisciplinary engineering firm with 60 years of experience and 6 offices, one of which is our Charlottesville Virginia location. SKA started as a full-service structural engineering firm and became known for solving challenging structural problems that others cannot solve to large-scale sophisticated designs. We cover almost every vertical market and building type. Today we offer MEP and FP engineering services as well building envelope services.

It is the strength of our collective experience that makes us better able to serve our clients with specialized responses to investigations, feasibility studies, structural analyses and designs for long-term solutions to repair of the structural system within buildings to the envelope from roofs, facades and below-grade issues. SKA covers very small to large capital and complex projects.
