Primary Care, Reimagined

We recently joined the Greater Charlottesville Chamber of Commerce, and we wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves properly.

We're Dr. Paige and Dr. Mike McClincy, and this June we opened Rivanna Concierge Physicians, a concierge primary care practice here in Charlottesville. We spent years practicing inside health systems before deciding to build something different: more time with patients, real access to your own physician, and care that doesn't get rushed.

We still bill insurance, including Medicare, for visits, labs, and imaging. The membership is what makes the relationship possible, with direct access to your doctor, longer appointments, and the kind of continuity that's gotten harder to find in primary care.

We would love to offer you a personal tour and meeting with us if you are interested in learning more. And, as a fellow Chamber member, we will waive the $150 registration fee for you if you would like to become a member.
