About Us

Rivanna Concierge Physicians is Charlottesville’s only true concierge primary care practice. Physician-owned and operated by Drs. Paige and Mike McClincy, RCP was created for patients seeking a more personalized, relationship-driven healthcare experience than the traditional system allows.

After building careers within a major regional health system, the McClincys chose to create a practice centered on time, accessibility, and patient advocacy. By limiting each physician panel to approximately 300 patients, RCP provides unhurried appointments of at least 30 minutes, same or next-day scheduling, and direct physician access when patients need it most.

Membership includes direct cell phone access to your physician, 24/7 urgent availability, annual full-body DEXA scanning, fitness and mobility evaluations, advanced diagnostics, and coordinated specialty care. RCP also assists with referrals, second opinions, and courtesy visits for visiting relatives or students home from college.

Unlike many concierge practices, Rivanna Concierge Physicians accepts insurance, including Medicare. Insurance is billed separately for visits, labs, imaging, and procedures.

Opening June 1, 2026, at 630 Peter Jefferson Parkway in Charlottesville, Virginia, Rivanna Concierge Physicians is redefining primary care through meaningful relationships, exceptional access, and comprehensive preventive medicine.
