As I started with VAM in 1994, I've been able to see first hand the growth of the organization and how many individual clients and business owners we have helped along the way. We focus on providing education and helping our clients understand choices they have regarding their financial futures. As a privately-owned company, we feel very passionate about helping other local businesses in our community prosper. Business owners especially face tough decisions in protecting their business while providing for themselves and their employees. Having an exit strategy is key for all business owners - whether the exit is planned such as a sale or transfer to a family member or whether the exit is not planned due to unforeseen issues such as death, disability, or economic downturns. We help develop plans for all of life's "what if" situations.
