About Us
Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry's mission is to give food with kindness and compassion to anyone who seeks assistance while providing an opportunity for volunteers to help their neighbors.

Highlights
- Loaves & Fishes provides free groceries to families and individuals in Charlottesville and surrounding communities.
- Each household receives ~100 pounds of food at each visit, with larger households receiving more.
- Each household may receive food twice per month.
- Loaves & Fishes collects food donations from Wegmans, Costco, Sam's Club and 5 other groceries
- Loaves & Fishes has someone who speaks Spanish at every distribution and a Dari/Pashto speaker on Wednesdays and Thurs.
