About Us
The Hillsdale Conference Center is a special event facility featuring a modern, professional environment to host any type of gathering. The 3,500 square feet of space was designed to accommodate small and large business seminars, group meetings.
The Hillsdale Conference Center is owned and operated by the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® (CAAR). It was created to provide a modern, spacious place where REALTORS® could learn, engage, and connect. This was a response to the growing needs of CAAR’s expanding membership.
Today, the Hillsdale Conference Center proudly hosts a wide range of events for REALTORS®, non-profits, educational institutions, businesses, and the public. Often called a “hidden gem,” our venue combines modern features with warm charm, making it perfect for successful gatherings, whether large or small.
