We are an Obesity Medicine/Weight Loss practice seeking a dynamic and dedicated Marketing Outreach Representative to call on medical/healthcare offices in and around the Charlottesville, VA.

Role Description

We are seeking a part-time Marketing Outreach Representative-Healthcare to join our team in Charlottesville, VA. The representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with medical professionals, and potential referral sources. Responsibilities include conducting outreach activities, providing information about services and organizing marketing events. Collaborating with the marketing team to increase awareness of the practice will also be a key component of the role.

This position is not a work from home position and will require the representative to work in the field with some office and administration duties on occasion. This is a part time position that could turn into full time.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, community members, and healthcare professionals.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to generate leads and support practice growth.
• Experience in Training and Sales, particularly in educating staff to support marketing and outreach objectives.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare outreach and wellness programs is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
