This individual will perform relationship-centered work coordinating talent connection services for jobseekers and businesses within the Charlottesville workforce ecosystem. This position serves as a workforce navigator utilizing a “no wrong door” approach, ensuring individuals and employers are connected to the most appropriate resources, programs, and opportunities within the community.
