2026 Ribbon Cutting Request

The Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce is excited to partner with you in celebrating your business milestones - grand opening, relocation, expansion, anniversary, and more! Whether you're planning a grand, high-energy ceremony or a more smaller, lowkey gathering, you can count on the Chamber to be there for you.

Event Information
IMPORTANT: For adequate planning and promotion, we request a minimum of 3 weeks' lead time.
In addition to the time of the event, include when the ribbon cutting will take place (for example, the event is from 2pm-4pm with the ribbon cutting ceremony taking place at 2:30pm).
If there is limited parking where the ribbon cutting is taking place, please provide clear instructions on where guests can park.
Provide a description about your business and the event for our public calendar. Please be detailed as this information will be shared on the public calendar and in the press release. If your organization will manage a separate RSVP, please include that information and the link here.
