Stakeholder Meetings - CEO Search
Insights from our stakeholders are critical in selecting a Chamber President & CEO candidate whose qualities and expertise align with the needs and aspirations of our entire community. Chamber members are invited to join an in-person stakeholder meeting with the CEO Search Committee and executive search consultant Todd Jorgenson.
To help you prepare for the session, our executive search consultant would appreciate your feedback and insight around the following five questions:
- What do you think are the top priorities for the Chamber?
- What would be your expectations of the new President and CEO?
- What experience, leadership approach, traits, and desired characteristics should the next President and CEO have?
- What do you think are the areas of opportunity and challenges within the community/region?
- Do you know/have possible candidates/referrals for this position?
NOTE: All meetings will be held at the Marriott Residence Inn at 315 West Main Street.
