Through historical archives and anecdotal stories from longtime employees and library patrons, filmmaker Lorenzo Dickerson explores the first 100 years of the Jefferson-Madison Regional Library. The film traces JMRL’s growth from its founding in 1921 as a whites-only institution to the expansion into a regional library system serving five jurisdictions to the present day challenge of continuing library service during the pandemic.
