Coffee & Conversations: Workforce Mingle

Join us for the next Coffee & Conversations event on Friday, November 21st, from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Albemarle County Department of Social Services, located at 1600 Fifth Street Extended, Room A. There is ample visitor parking available in front of the building.
This relaxed and engaging gathering is free and open to all, offering a rewarding morning of networking and community-building over complimentary coffee and refreshments.
Whether you’re exploring new job opportunities, connecting with potential talent, offering workforce support services, or simply interested in engaging with others in the community, this event is designed to spark meaningful conversations in a welcoming, informal setting. You’ll have the chance to meet local professionals, learn about current job openings and career pathways, discover community resources, and discuss workforce-related challenges and opportunities.
It’s our version of a laid-back, mini-job fair! Jobseekers are encouraged to bring a few copies of their résumé, while employers and organizations should bring business cards to share.
