Chamber Defense Affairs Committee (DAC) Service Awards Luncheon
The Defense Affairs Committee (DAC) of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce will hold its first DAC Service Awards Luncheon to show our support of our local military personnel.
This luncheon will recognize an outstanding service member from each of the local commands, plus a notable cadet from each of the ROTC departments at the University of Virginia.
The featured speaker is John Simmons, Managing Partner of The Roosevelt Group. His presentation “The Defense Budget: Growing the Central Virginia Defense & Intelligence Community” should be of interest to every business sector of our community.
Registration is required and includes a boxed lunch.
The Luncheon will be followed by a Ribbon Cutting & Open House beginning at 1:30pm at the DAC Office & Military Welcome Center in WorkSpaces 3.0, Town Center Two, North Fork.
This event is presented by UVA Foundation and hosted by North Fork, A UVA Discovery Park.
