BWRT Women of Excellence Luncheon

The Women of Excellence Luncheon is an annual spring celebration honoring women who make significant contributions to Charlottesville's workplaces and communities. This inspiring event recognizes exceptional leaders who demonstrate outstanding professional achievement, community service, and commitment to positive impact.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Mariane Asad Doyle as the 2026 keynote speaker. Dr. Doyle has served as CNE's Executive Director since 2024, and currently serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce. With more than two decades of experience as a passionate advocate, she has held key leadership roles at the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, the Thomas Jefferson Foundation, and in public education.

The luncheon will be held at Common House, a social club designed for connection and community. With intentional design, locally sourced culinary offerings, and diverse programming, Common House provides an inclusive space for people of all backgrounds to gather.
