BWRT Women of Excellence Luncheon

The Women of Excellence Luncheon is an annual spring celebration honoring women who make significant contributions to Charlottesville's workplaces and communities. This inspiring event recognizes exceptional leaders who demonstrate outstanding professional achievement, community service, and commitment to positive impact.



We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Mariane Asad Doyle as the 2026 keynote speaker. Dr. Asad Doyle serves as Executive Director of the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, where she works with over 1,000 nonprofit organizations to strengthen leadership and community impact. She currently chairs the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce and holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Higher Education. Her keynote will focus on three pillars of enduring leadership: leading with purpose, investing in people, and building partnerships that strengthen communities. With more than two decades of experience, Dr. Asad Doyle helps leaders create strong teams, sustainable organizations, and lasting impact.

The luncheon will be held at Common House, a social club designed for connection and community. With intentional design, locally sourced culinary offerings, and diverse programming, Common House provides an inclusive space for people of all backgrounds to gather.
