The pathway to success first starts with a vision. It's easy to get lost in the hustle and bustle of life and miss out on opportunities to pause and reflect. Slowing down and taking an honest assessment of where we have been and where we are going can pay dividends in the long run!

During this session, we will work collaboratively to set foundations for success by:

Identifying successes, opportunities, and lessons learned in 2024
Setting S.M.A.R.T goals for 2025
Drafting action plans to make your vision become a reality

These foundations will assist you with:

Creating and executing strategy
Effectively managing your time, energy and resources
Establishing a laser focus to accomplish your heart's desires

Dr. Tiffany Edwards is a Charlottesville native and a graduate of the University of Virginia (CLAS ’09). She holds a master’s in not-for-profit leadership and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. Tiffany has leadership experience in multiple disciplines, including human resources, fiscal management, and resource management and allocation. Her expertise spans advisory and board member roles for local organizations through managing software launches, process improvements, and policy development for institutions of various sizes. Tiffany is a leadership and coaching advocate and believes that culture, values, and vision are the foundation for organizational success.
