Business Women's Round Table

Business Women's Round Table meets on the third Thursday of every month, bringing together professional women from across the region for meaningful connection, learning, and collaboration.

Change can feel like a tornado, leaving even the strongest leaders uncertain about the path ahead. Join us for “Navigating Leadership in the Midst of Change” with Lisa Harris, Senior Organizational Development Consultant at UVA, as she draws inspiration from Dorothy’s journey to Oz to explore how the Five C’s of Leadership can guide us amidst uncertainty. Through storytelling and self-reflection, participants will discover ways to lead themselves and others with greater clarity, confidence, courage, and purpose.

This month's Business Women's Round Table will be hosted at the Hillsdale Conference Center, a modern and versatile event space designed for gatherings of all kinds. With 3,500 square feet of column-free space, state-of-the-art AV systems, and a professional yet welcoming atmosphere, Hillsdale is the perfect place to learn, connect, and be inspired.
