The new Large Employer of the Year Award recognizes an outstanding Chamber member business with more than 100 employees that has demonstrated leadership, innovation, and a strong commitment to social responsibility. The recipient drives economic growth, achieves industry success, models business excellence, and creates positive social impact through philanthropy, sustainable practices, and employee engagement.

Only nominations of members in good standing with the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce will be accepted.
