Healthy communication and authentic connection are possible for every partnership, including those where one or both partners are neurodivergent. It is also true that differences in communication styles, sensory needs, executive functioning, and emotional processing shape the relational experience.
This workshop offers a supportive, affirming space for couples to explore practical strategies grounded in values-based behavioral science and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Participants will learn tools for understanding one another’s needs, strengthening communication, and nurturing connection at the intersection of neurodivergence and intimacy.
Who Should Attend:
Couples where one or both partners identify as Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, or otherwise neurodivergent (self-identified or formally diagnosed). All gender identities and relationship configurations welcome.
