Devyani D. Goradia, CPA: A seasoned accountant with extensive experience in bookkeeping and accounting, Devy Goradia has worked in several industries in the Charlottesville and Albemarle areas including construction, retail, and travel. Before forming her own firm in 1999, Devy worked in the tax department of a reputable Charlottesville CPA firm, preparing individual, corporate, and partnership income tax returns. In addition, she has taught cost, intermediate, and tax accounting at several institutions and corporations within the Charlottesville business area.
Janasha Bradford: Known as Jay, I was born in Newark, NJ, and later raised in Charlottesville. Helping others has been an integral part of who I am and I'm happy to have the opportunity to help those throughout the country reach their financial goals. I've been in the financial industry for over five years and wrote my first children's book, Mahogany goes to Wall Street, which introduces the financial market in a story format.

Shelly Hamler is the owner of Counting Shells, LLC and has years of experience and expertise in small business bookkeeping. With an undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Teaching, Shelly uses her education and experience to bring a unique approach to her business.
Counting Shells, LLC focuses on all aspects of bookkeeping for small businesses locally and nationally. Each client gets a unique package based on the needs of their business. Packages include basic monthly financials but can be built up to a full-service financial back office. Clients also have access to QuickBooks’s training and back-office business consulting should they need help outside of day-to-day bookkeeping. As a small business themselves, Counting Shells strives to meet clients where they are and help them relieve the financial headache of running a business.

The Business Women’s Round Table (BWRT) was founded in 2004. Its purpose is to honor, engage and inspire each other so that we elevate women’s professional presence. By doing so, we drive business, economic and community development in the Charlottesville region.
