Going Through the Change: Navigating the Many Stages of Middle Adulthood
Although life expectancy in the United States has slightly declined since the covid-19 pandemic, our life expectancy overall has significantly increased since over the years. As we age, we sense life moving a little fast and, at times furious, especially during the middle adulthood years (ages 40 to 64), or midlife. In this session, panelists will share how they're navigating the various stages of middle adulthood in their personal and professional lives.
Panelists: Bill Brent, American Red Cross Central Virginia; Andrea Copeland, Chamber of Commerce; Vanda Sistrunk, Studio 517
