In this workshop\, we will share trends\, tools\, and testimonies to equip you with the information needed to find the mentor who will help take your career to the next level.\n\n\n\nAndrea Copeland is the Chief Operating Officer for the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce. She began her career at the Chamber in 2012\, overseeing the Leadership Charlottesville program\, as well as the Minority Business Alliance and the Business Women's Roundtable. An active member of her community\, Andrea volunteers on several local boards and committees\, and is the longtime emcee for the area's favorite family holiday event\, Charlottesville's Grand Illumination. Andrea also serves as a mentor for some of Charlottesville's upand-coming leaders.
