DESCRIPTION:This event is sold out. \n\n\n\nArriving at Glenmore: When you arrive at the check-in gate\, let the attendant know you are there for the Chamber of Commerce Minority Business Alliance gala. Follow the signage and balloons to the clubhouse. Address: The Club at Glenmore\, 1750 Piper Way\, Keswick\, VA \n\n \n\nWhat to Wear: We're encouraging semi-formal or formal attire. Been itching to wear that ballgown or tuxedo? Dust it off and put it on! If you prefer a cocktail dress or dinner jacket and dress slacks\, that's fine\, too. Come dress to the nines in your way. \n\n \n\nMasks: Masks\, along with hand sanitizer\, will be available. Use them as needed. We thank you in advance for doing your part to keep yourself and others safe.\n\n \n\nCheck-in: Doors open at 630pm. Upon arrival to the ballroom\, you must check-in with one of our helpful gala volunteers. You'll also pick up your place card. \n\n \n\nCash Bar: The bars will be open throughout the evening. \n\n \n\nDinner Program: Dinner and the awards presentations will begin at 730pm\, with seating starting at 715pm. Make sure your place card is at your table space as it indicates the meal you selected at registration. The MBA anniversary cake will be served following dinner. \n\n \n\nCan no longer attend? We get it\, plans change. If you can no longer attend the gala\, email andrea.copeland@cvillechamber.com so I can make the space(s) available to those on the waitlist. Additionally\, we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins. We want to keep ample space for our guests to move about comfortably and safely.\n\n \n\nFinally\, have fun\, fun\, fun! We're continually monitoring local conditions in order to align our safety precautions with current best practices. Although this will be a somewhat large in-person gathering for MBA\, at this time masks will be optional and we will not require proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test. Please understand this policy can and will change based on a significant increase in the number of local cases and hospitalizations\, as well as the CDC's designated rating for our community level. We strongly encourage you to stay up to date with your vaccinations and get tested immediately when you develop symptoms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
