This change caused her to do some career re-invention at an unexpected time. She will speak about this journey and lessons learned. Millar is an assistant professor of business administration at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business\, offering experiential learning courses through the Center for Global Initiatives and the Executive MBA program. She teaches a required enterprise leadership course in health care and leads a global leadership course in China and an international business elective in South Africa.\n\n\n\nMillar previously served in several senior administrative leadership positions at the Darden School\, most recently as assistant dean of the Executive MBA program and director of student affairs for the residential MBA program. She also has experience in admissions\, alumni relations\, financial aid and international student advising.
